Where are MARQEVEN products made and dispatched from?
MARQEVEN products are handcrafted in Morocco and dispatched from Morocco. Product-specific materials, dimensions and features are shown on each product page.
Are all handcrafted products identical?
No. Natural variations in genuine leather grain, texture and colour tone may occur. Where Kilim textile is used, pattern placement may also vary slightly between individual handcrafted pieces.
How long does order preparation take?
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days.
How long does delivery to Germany take?
Estimated transit time to Germany is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Including order preparation, the current total estimated delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier, customs or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Is shipping free and tracked?
Yes. MARQEVEN currently offers free tracked shipping for online orders delivered within Germany.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When tracking information becomes available after dispatch, it is provided for the order. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
What is the MARQEVEN return period?
MARQEVEN offers a 30-day voluntary return period after delivery for eligible items.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly at contact@marqeven.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographs when they are helpful for reviewing a damaged or incorrect item.
Where does MARQEVEN currently deliver?
Our current online delivery market is Germany. Orders can only be placed for delivery destinations available at checkout.
